Our Story
The McElaneys, area residents, purchased Island Pancake House on Merritt Island in August 2025, and love delighting customers with the best and most relaxing breakfast on the Space Coast.
At Island Pancake House, you can enjoy incredible breakfast combos, pancakes, waffles, French toast, and fun food for the kids. Meet a colleague in one of our spacious booths, or run in for some delicious iced coffee to go!
